In one year time I’ll be in Los Angeles chalking up to compete in the World Fire Games. Now it’s time to set up my goals priorities and times.
I have to change a few thins in my routines. For instance I drink tons of coffee and I need a rest. I need to work out to lose some excess body fat but until then I am going to use it to improve my strength. If I am 10kilos (22 pounsd) over weight and I am able to climb grade 7, only by changing this I will be able to climb Higher grade. Anyway I have to go climbing.
